This notice describes the current preview, not a future production AI service. No photo upload or enquiry-storage service is connected.
Selecting a photo in AI Comic Studio creates a temporary browser-memory preview only. It is not uploaded, stored in browser storage, analysed by AI or used for training. Consent is required before file selection. Only use images you own or have permission to use from everyone pictured; avoid sensitive documents or images of children.
The temporary preview is released when you remove the photo, withdraw consent, leave the studio or reload the page. The original photo remains on your device. Image storage and server-side processing will remain unavailable until an appropriate backend, consent process and retention policy are ready.
Form details remain in the current page and are not sent to an IKABENE.art database. Preparing an email draft encodes your details into a mailto link. Opening that link passes them to your chosen email application. You must add a verified recipient and choose to send. Your email provider’s retention rules apply. A verified studio contact and production enquiry-retention policy are pending.
New cinematic illustrations are AI-assisted studio demonstration concepts, not client work, testimonials or verified assets. The original symbolic studies remain available. No commercial-use licence or exclusivity is granted by viewing or using this preview. Specific rights, permitted uses and any human-led production work require a written agreement.
IKABENE.tech is the planned supporting provenance layer. This MVP has no connected evidence-record or verification service. The Digital Art Passport is a visual mock-up and its QR pattern is not a working verification code.
This MVP uses no app-managed analytics, marketing cookies, account system or persistent browser storage. Hosting infrastructure may process ordinary access information such as IP address and requested URLs. Google Fonts supplies the typefaces and receives standard font-request information. No form entries or selected image contents are intentionally included in these requests.
